OnlyFans chatting agency hiring checklist and ten questions to ask before you sign

Get my chat team Your team, shift map and flat monthly price in two minutes.

Before you hire an OnlyFans chatting agency, get written answers to ten questions: what the total price is at your income, who writes the messages, how your account is accessed, what the fans are told, how long you are tied in, who owns your fan data, how the team is checked, what a bad week looks like, how you replace a chatter, and what happens when you leave. An agency that answers all ten plainly is usually safe to try. One that dodges two or three is telling you how the relationship will go.

Most chat agencies publish a headline fee and keep the rest for a call. Below is each question, why it matters in money or risk, and the answer you should expect. Ask them by email so you have it in writing.

1 to 3. What will it cost at my income, who sets the base, and what is not included?

Agencies price in two ways. A percentage model takes a share of what the chat generates, and the terms we have read from public agency sites run from roughly 12.5 to 35 percent, often with entry rules such as a minimum number of new subscribers a day. A flat model charges a fixed monthly price whatever the account earns. Ask for the bill at your last three months, not the headline rate.

Question Why it matters A good answer
What is my total bill at 5,000, 10,000 and 25,000 USD of chat sales? A share looks small until sales grow Three numbers in writing, or a flat price
What counts toward the percentage: messages, tips, subscriptions, the platform fee? The base changes the real rate by a third or more A named list, stated net or gross
What else is charged: setup, software, tools, a minimum? Extras are where a low rate comes back "Nothing else" in writing

If you are comparing the two models, our flat fee versus revenue share page shows where the lines cross, and the OnlyFans agency cost page lists our own flat plans: 990 USD a month for a 4 hour shift, 2,490 USD for 12 hours and 4,690 USD for 24/7, per account.

4 to 6. Who writes the messages, who checks them, and how do I replace someone?

The product you are buying is a person typing as your voice. Ask whether it is a person on every message or software with a person on call, and whether the platform you use allows it. Ask how a chatter is vetted before the first shift, and what happens if the match is wrong. Hours matter too: a shift that does not cover your fans' busiest evening hours sells less than a shorter one that does.

  • Who writes? "People write every message" is the clearest answer. If AI drafts or sends, ask where, and read the platform's current terms.
  • How are chatters checked? Look for age verification, writing samples in your tone, and a review of the first week.
  • How do I replace one? You want a button or a one-line request with a new match in days, not a new contract.

Ask to see the shift plan in your time zone. At FansChatters every chatter confirms they are 18 or older, passes a two-step review and works to your tone brief, and you press Replace in the team room if the fit is off.

7 to 8. How is my account accessed, and what are my fans told?

Never share a password you cannot take back. Ask whether the agency logs in as you or works inside your own browser session, and whether you can disconnect at any time. Then ask what fans are told. Platform rules and basic honesty both point one way: fans should know a team helps, and a chatter should never deny it when asked.

Question Warning sign A good answer
How do you access my account? They ask for your password or 2FA codes Work happens in your browser, you can disconnect in one click
What do my fans see about the team? "We never mention it" A short disclosure in your bio or welcome message, wording supplied
What can chatters say to fans? No written limits A list of banned moves: false emergencies, promises to meet, moving fans to other apps

9 to 10. How long am I tied in, and what happens to my data when I leave?

Ask for the notice period, any minimum term, any exit fee and any clause that gives the agency a cut of your earnings after you leave. Then ask who owns the fan list, the chat history and the price notes. You should stay the controller of your fan data, with the agency acting as a processor, and deletion on exit should be a written promise.

Month-to-month is common for chat teams. Some agencies ask 30 days of written notice. Anything longer than a quarter, or any fee on leaving, deserves a second look. With us your plan runs to the end of the paid period and does not renew after you cancel, and we delete what we hold when we part ways under a data processing agreement. The details are on the data processing page.

Teams that handle many creators should also ask for separate invoices and reports per account. Our agency setup shows what that looks like.

How to score the answers

Give each of the ten questions one point when the answer arrives in writing, is specific and matches your case. Eight or more is a team worth a trial. Five to seven means you are guessing on something that costs money, so ask again. Below five, keep looking.

Do not skip the trial. A two-week test on your real fans, with the shift in your peak hours, tells you more than any answer. If you want a quick benchmark for the first question, run your numbers through a quote and compare it with the agency's bill. Agencies you have not heard of yet are listed in our comparison of the best OnlyFans chatting agencies, and if you are weighing a hire against building your own team, read OnlyFans agency vs chat team.

Once your chat team is in place and your page is converting, the next question is traffic. Creators who want fans finding them through search can get your page listed where fans search for creators.

Questions about hiring an OnlyFans chatting agency

How do I hire an OnlyFans chatting agency?

Collect written quotes from two or three agencies, ask the ten questions above, compare the bill at your own income and start with a short trial. Hire the one whose answers are specific, whose price is clear and whose exit terms are short.

How much does an OnlyFans chatting agency charge?

Percentage agencies publish shares from about 12.5 to 35 percent of what the chat generates, and some set entry rules. Flat teams charge a fixed monthly price. FansChatters costs 990, 2,490 or 4,690 USD a month per account with no share of earnings.

What should be in a chatting agency contract?

The notice period, any minimum term, the base for any percentage, what is not charged, data ownership and deletion, the fan disclosure wording, and what chatters may not say. Get it in writing before the first shift.

Is it safe to give a chatting agency access to my OnlyFans account?

It is safer when the team works in your own browser and you can disconnect at any time, and unsafe when you hand over a password. Ask how access works and keep control of 2FA yourself.

How long should I trial a chat team?

Two weeks on real fans is a fair test, long enough to cover at least two weekends. Judge reply speed in your peak hours, tone match and PPV sales against your own earlier weeks.
