Yes. Before the first shift you add a short disclosure for fans, for example in your bio or welcome message, and we give you the wording. The team does not start without it.

The chatter never denies that a team answers. Our honest-answer rule applies on every account, alongside a ban on invented emergencies, promises to meet and pushing fans off the platform.

No. Chatters work only through the team permissions your platform provides. You grant and revoke access yourself, and we never use tools that bypass platform checks.

No. Humans write every message. Software may help with a translation hint, but nothing is sent on autopilot.

Every chatter passes an ID and 18+ check before the first shift. Every client confirms a platform verified account and passes an identity check before the start. If anything suggests a fan may be under 18, the chatter stops and we report it to you and the platform.

You stay the controller and we act as processor under a data processing agreement. Chatters sign NDAs, see only what their shift needs, cannot copy data outside the workspace, and access is logged. When we part ways, we delete what we hold. See data processing.

Adults with strong written English, or a second language at a high level, who passed our language and sales test, finished paid training and passed ID and age verification. New chatters start under supervision.

You fill in a brief: tone, words you use and avoid, boundaries, price list and topics that are off limits. The team reads your recent conversations through platform permissions and follows the brief from the first shift.

Tell us and we replace the chatter. Cover for absences is part of every plan.

Around your fans' peak hours, shown on a 24 hour shift map in your time zone. For many accounts with US fans, the peak is the US evening.

After you reserve, you complete the launch checklist: disclosure, platform permissions, identity check and the data processing agreement. We confirm your start date by email.

Not on standard plans. If you prefer, performance mode lowers the base price by 25 percent and adds 7 percent of chat sales.

By invoice, monthly or yearly, after your identity check. There are no setup fees and no one time charges.

Yes. Your plan runs until the end of the paid period and does not renew after you cancel.

No. Everything is self-serve. Your quote shows your team, shift map and price in two minutes, and support answers by email.
