Substy pricing per creator and what AI chat costs next to a human team

These are the plans on Substy's pricing page. The commission is charged on the AI's net sales, meaning the revenue the AI closes after the platform's cut.

Substy says there are no hidden fees on the CRM and every plan has unlimited seats, so adding chatters does not change the bill. Adding creators does, because the fee is per creator. Check the pricing page before you budget, since prices in this market change often.

The total is the monthly fee plus the commission on what the AI sold. Here it is for one creator at five levels of AI net sales.

Pro becomes cheaper than Starter once the AI sells more than about 1,380 USD a month, and Elite beats Pro above 2,000 USD. So the free plan only stays the cheapest on a small account. Anyone whose AI sells a few thousand dollars a month should be on Elite, and the "free" Starter plan is the most expensive way to run a busy inbox.

An agency pays the plan fee and commission for every creator on the roster. Ten creators on Elite cost 990 USD a month in fees before any commission. If the AI sells 8,000 USD a month on each account, the commission adds 10 x 680 = 6,800 USD, for a total near 7,790 USD a month.

Unlimited seats help an agency that already has chatters, because nobody pays per login. But the commission scales with the whole roster's AI sales, which is why agencies run the numbers per account before switching everything to AI. It is weaker where most of the money sits. Regulars who spend hundreds a month notice when replies feel generic, and custom requests, boundaries and price talks need judgment.
