The rates below are the ranges agencies commonly quote in 2026 for US creators. They are not a law or a platform rule, and good agencies negotiate.

Gross or net, the detail that changes the real cut
OnlyFans keeps 20 percent of every payment, so a creator receives 80 percent of gross revenue. An agency percentage can be taken from either number, and the difference is bigger than it looks.
Take an account with 10,000 USD in gross sales. The creator receives 8,000 USD after the platform fee.
- A 30 percent cut of net is 2,400 USD. The creator keeps 5,600 USD.
- A 30 percent cut of gross is 3,000 USD. The creator keeps 5,000 USD.
The same "30 percent" costs 600 USD more a month on gross. Over a year that is 7,200 USD, on an account that is not even large. Always ask in writing: percentage of what, measured where, and paid when.
What the agency percentage is usually taken from
The second detail is the base. Many agencies apply their percentage to everything the account earns, not only to the sales their team produced.
- Subscriptions. Fans who would have subscribed anyway, because of your own posts or your existing audience, are inside the base.
- Tips. Tips on your posts count, even when chat had nothing to do with them.
- Old PPV. Sales from content you made and priced before the agency joined still pay them a share.
- Referrals and other income. Some contracts include every payout from the account.
A chat team only influences chat sales, tips in chat and rebills from fans who feel looked after. When a chat-only service takes a share of total revenue, you are paying them for income they did not create.

Two things stand out. A percentage is genuinely cheaper for small accounts, and it is fair to say so. And the break-even arrives early: at about 10,000 USD net a month, a flat plan with the same hours costs the same, and every dollar you grow after that goes to you instead of the agency. On annual billing Prime Time is 2,110 USD a month, which moves the break-even lower still.

Contract terms to check before you agree to a percentage
The rate is only one line in the agreement. These are the clauses that usually decide whether a deal is fair.
Minimum term and exit fees
Look for lock-in periods of six or twelve months, notice periods and fees for leaving early. You should be able to leave at the end of any paid period.
Post-termination commission
Some contracts keep paying the agency a share for months after you part ways, on fans they say they brought in. Ask for that clause to be removed.
Password and account ownership
An agency that needs your login can lock you out. Work only through the platform's own team permissions, so you can remove access in one step.
Reporting
You should get a monthly report that separates chat sales, tips and subscriptions. Without it you cannot check what the percentage is paying for.
Disclosure to fans

When a flat fee beats an OnlyFans agency percentage
A flat monthly fee makes sense when three things are true: the account already earns steadily, most of the work you want to hand over is chatting, and you want the upside of growth to stay with you.
- You already have an audience and mainly need your inbox answered well.
- Your net revenue is near or above 10,000 USD a month, or will be soon.
- You want to cancel without a lock-in and without paying a share after you leave.
A percentage deal can still be the better choice if you are starting from zero and the agency brings real traffic, because then they are carrying risk with you. Just make sure the percentage is on net and that marketing is actually part of the service.

How to check what the cut is costing you
Before you renegotiate or switch, pull three numbers for the last three months: gross revenue, net payout and the agency invoice. Divide the invoice by net payout to see your real percentage, which is often higher than the rate in the contract once minimums and extra fees are added.
