CreatorHero pricing per creator and what chat really costs with a team

Get my chat team Your team, shift map and flat monthly price in two minutes.

CreatorHero costs 39.99 USD a month per creator plus a success fee that rises with that creator's monthly revenue, from 0 USD on an account with no sales to a cap of 260 USD above 50,000 USD. So one OnlyFans account pays between 39.99 and 299.99 USD a month. There is a 7-day free trial, you can cancel anytime and payment is by card.

The license is the small part of the budget. CreatorHero gives your chatters an inbox, mass messages and revenue tracking, but someone still has to sit in it and sell. Below is every tier, what an agency pays for ten creators, and the full monthly cost once the people are added.

CreatorHero price per creator at each revenue tier

These are the tiers on CreatorHero's pricing page. The base fee is the same for everyone; the success fee is set by the creator's monthly revenue.

Creator revenue a month Base fee Success fee Total per creator
0 to 1 USD 39.99 USD 0 USD 39.99 USD
1 to 500 USD 39.99 USD 10 USD 49.99 USD
500 to 1,000 USD 39.99 USD 20 USD 59.99 USD
1,000 to 2,500 USD 39.99 USD 40 USD 79.99 USD
2,500 to 5,000 USD 39.99 USD 80 USD 119.99 USD
5,000 to 10,000 USD 39.99 USD 120 USD 159.99 USD
10,000 to 20,000 USD 39.99 USD 160 USD 199.99 USD
20,000 to 50,000 USD 39.99 USD 220 USD 259.99 USD
over 50,000 USD 39.99 USD 260 USD 299.99 USD

Prices apply after the 7-day trial. CreatorHero replaced its older one-time license pricing with this model, so guides that quote licenses from 95 to 242 USD are out of date. Check the pricing page before you budget, because tools in this market change their prices often.

How the CreatorHero success fee works

The success fee follows revenue, not the size of your team. A creator with four chatters in the inbox pays the same as a creator who answers alone, as long as they earn the same. Grow from 8,000 to 25,000 USD a month and the bill moves from 159.99 to 259.99 USD.

As a share of income the fee shrinks as you grow. At 3,000 USD a month, 119.99 USD is 4 percent of revenue. At 25,000 USD, 259.99 USD is about 1 percent. At 60,000 USD the capped 299.99 USD is half a percent. For small accounts the base fee is the heavier part, and for big ones it hardly registers.

What you get for it is a desktop app for Windows and macOS with a shared fan inbox, personalized mass messages to online fans, PPV and revenue dashboards, per-chatter performance tracking, an AI translator, script auto-complete and a labeled vault. It is built around OnlyFans.

CreatorHero pricing for agencies

An agency pays the base fee and the matching success fee for every creator. Ten creators at 5,000 to 10,000 USD each cost 10 x 159.99 = about 1,600 USD a month. Move three of them up to 25,000 USD and two to 60,000 USD, keep five at 8,000 USD, and the roster costs 5 x 159.99 + 3 x 259.99 + 2 x 299.99, which is about 2,180 USD a month.

That is real money, but it is still a fraction of what the chat labor costs across those ten accounts. FansChatters gives agencies 10 percent off every account from the second one, with the same review standard on each creator. See our page for agencies.

The full monthly cost of chat with CreatorHero

Here is one OnlyFans account with 12 hours of chat cover a day, every day. The example assumes 70 percent of earnings comes from messages and tips. Freelancers are two chatters at 5 USD an hour plus 1 percent of chat sales. The agency column uses 25 percent of chat sales, the middle of what most chatting agencies charge.

Account earnings a month CreatorHero CreatorHero + two freelancers CreatorHero + agency at 25 percent FansChatters Prime Time
8,000 USD 159.99 USD about 2,016 USD about 1,560 USD 2,490 USD
25,000 USD 259.99 USD about 2,235 USD about 4,635 USD 2,490 USD
60,000 USD 299.99 USD about 2,520 USD about 10,800 USD 2,490 USD, or 4,690 USD for 24/7

Freelancers look cheapest on paper, but nobody reviews their chats, nobody covers their days off and you manage the schedule yourself. A commission agency costs least on a small account and most on a big one. A flat team stays at one number whatever the month brings. CreatorHero is optional with us, because our chatters work inside the platform's own team permissions; keep it if you like its dashboards and add its fee to our price. Our guide to how much OnlyFans chatters cost compares each staffing model in detail.

CreatorHero vs Infloww and OnlyMonster on price

All three CRMs bill per creator, but in different ways. Infloww charges a flat 40 USD a month per OnlyFans profile at any income. OnlyMonster charges 30 to 250 USD by the account's last 30 days of earnings. CreatorHero adds a revenue-based success fee to a 39.99 USD base.

Creator revenue a month CreatorHero Infloww OnlyMonster
2,000 USD 79.99 USD 40 USD 30 USD
8,000 USD 159.99 USD 40 USD 50 USD
25,000 USD 259.99 USD 40 USD 150 USD
60,000 USD 299.99 USD 40 USD 250 USD

On price alone, CreatorHero is the most expensive of the three at every income in this table. Teams choose it for its chatter tracking and winback automation, not to save money. Full tables are in our Infloww pricing and OnlyMonster pricing guides.

When CreatorHero is enough, and when you need a team

CreatorHero on its own makes sense when you already have chatters you trust and want to see who sells. Per-chatter numbers show which person closes PPV and which one only answers, and mass messages to online fans fill quiet hours. For a team of three or four, 160 to 260 USD a month is easy to justify if it lifts sales by a few percent.

It does not decide who answers at 2 a.m., who covers a sick day or who checks that nobody discounts your sets without asking. That is staffing, and software cannot fix it. A supervised team handles the inbox at your fan peak and a reviewer reads what goes out. Our hire OnlyFans chatters page shows how a team is put together.

Keep receipts for every tool you pay for. CRM fees, chat staff and other business costs reduce the income you report, and they matter when you file your taxes from a 1099-NEC at the end of the year.

Questions about CreatorHero pricing

How much does CreatorHero cost?

CreatorHero costs 39.99 USD a month per creator plus a success fee based on that creator's monthly revenue: 10 USD under 500 USD, 120 USD from 5,000 to 10,000 USD and a capped 260 USD above 50,000 USD. The total per creator ranges from 39.99 to 299.99 USD a month.

Is CreatorHero free?

No. CreatorHero has a 7-day free trial, and after it ends every creator is billed 39.99 USD a month plus the success fee for their revenue tier. You can cancel anytime, and payment is by credit or debit card.

Does CreatorHero charge per chatter?

No. The price is per creator and set by that creator's revenue. Adding chatters to an account does not change the fee; adding creators or earning more does.

Is CreatorHero cheaper than Infloww?

No, not on price. Infloww is 40 USD a month per OnlyFans profile at any income, while CreatorHero starts at 39.99 USD and climbs to 299.99 USD as revenue grows. At 8,000 USD a month CreatorHero costs about four times as much.

Do I need CreatorHero to hire OnlyFans chatters?

No. Some agencies require a CRM, but OnlyFans and Fansly have their own team permissions. FansChatters chatters work inside those, so CreatorHero is optional and not part of our price.
